To check if all the values in a row are empty strings or NULLs

Hi all,
I have a query regarding checking of NULL values in a row. I want to check if all the values in a row are NULLs or empty strings.
SELECT col1, col2 FROM table_name
WHERE ISNULL(col1,'') = ''
AND ISNULL(col2,'') = ''
I know the above query. But i have a table with 200 columns and over 7000 records. Is there a better way to perform the query?
