Refreshing Parent Window from an ASP:Wizard Control in a pop-up

Hello,
I am having a few issues refreshing the parent window from an asp:Wizard control in an update panel in a pop-up.
I have managed to get the parent window to refresh when the pop-up loads by using this script in the page load -

string script = "opener.location.reload()";
Page.ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptBlock(this.GetType(), "Refresh Parent", script, true);
However when I click Next or Previous in the Wizard control (on the pop-up) the page load is executed but the parent does not refresh.
Does anyone know how I can modify this to refresh on all button clicks?
