Converting an existing ASP.NET website to https secured.

I have a working website (www.mySpotNote.com/TMM) developed with ASP.NET.  It's running on a server with XP and IIS 5.1.  It was developed with VS2008 VB.NET.

We purchased a certificate from goDaddy.com.

I don't know how to convert the site from it's current non-secured implementation to https secured using the certificate.

What changes do I have to make to my ASP.NET project and/or the IIS server to implement https security?
