Hi all,
I have some textboxes where data will be populated into these textboxes. I found that if these textboxes contain html or html-liked texts (e.g. <xxx>) or if I enter these texts into the textboxes, when the program gets the data thru the TextBox1.Text, error "Error: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 500" will come up.
I know that I can use HttpUtility.HtmlEncode to encode the texts before populating into the textboxes, but all these texts will be encoded and users may not understand what they are. Is it possible to retain the html texts in the textboxes while retrieve these texts without the error?
Thanks.
