I'm currently using the Membership-API with Forms-authentication and it works really nice. However, I'd like to be able to sign-out a user programatically from code but after issuing a FormsAuthentication.SignOut() and Roles.DeleteCookie() (probably not needed but anyway...), the user is still valid and authenticated. (Context.User.isInRole(...), Request.IsAuthenticated()).
It feels like I must be missing out something really rudimentary here... or...?
Any suggestions on how to solve this are VERY MUCH appreciated!
