Translating C# into VB.NET help with a void

 Hello all,
 I have a void which I found online which is suppose to help the application to define Javascript onmouse events within a ASP.NET server control and still have PostBack securities.  The process includes a set properties and another void which I have manged to translate into VB.NET in Visual Studio 2005 ASP.NET 2.0 however, I still have one void which is being stubborn to translate into VB.NET code.  If anyone could help me translate this that would be great.  The void code is below in C#.
