Hosting in IIS7, any precautions?..?

 Hi
I want to host my website with a Web Host who has IIS7.
While on my computer I have windows XP with IIS5.1. Can this pose any problem
if I publish pre compiled files from VS2008? Should I use copy option?  Is IIS7 free and how can I get it?
