SQL Server 2012 Express/SQL Server 2012 Management Studio: What is the difference between New Query and Database Engine Query?

Hi all,
I just have SQL Server 2012 Express with Advanced Services instlled in my "Windows 7" PC that is part of "Windows" NetWork LAN System in our organization. In the SQL Server 2012 Management Studio (SSMS 2012), there are  "New Query" and "Database Engine Query" in the Toolbar on the top of SSMS 2012.  What is the difference between "New Query" and "Database Engine Query", when we do the query?  Please kindly help and advise.
