now i have a new page in asp.net/vb, version = 2.0.50727.3082, that i would like to run the same program, htmldoc.exe, using,

but no no, can't do that, its a security threat, because they run iis 6.0, medium level security in a common hosted environment, per godaddy support. now thats a 8.00/mo plan, they could allow that for 42.00/mo virtual dedicated host, ok you get what you pay for?
