Custom Membership & Custom Sitemap

Hi,
In the project we have implemented Custom Membership & Custom Sitemap i.e. Dynamically building sitemap thru the entries from database.
Custom Membership Class is not in the UI project and Custom Sitemap is in the UI project.
When running locally everything seems to work fine. i.e Custom Memebrship classes fires and after we have validated the user, automatically the Custom Sitemap class initializes and everything works fine.
But when deployed on the server only the Custom Membership class fires and then nothing happens. It seems the UI doesn't know whats the next step to perform. Where as it needs to fire the "Initialize" event of the custom Sitemap provider which inherits from "StaticSiteMapProvider"
