use asp.net wizards or hand code?

Hello all,
In the past I have coded websites in PHP but recently have switched over the ASP.NET world.  I like the availability of wizards but is it better to hand code or use the wizards?
 
My first thought is to simply learn the hand coded way, and use that, wizards always limit your ablitiy to make changes.  Do most companies use the wizards or do they use hand coded scripts?
