Regex.Replace a string within anchor tag

 Hi there,
I'm new to regular expressions and I want to search through a long string and replace text found within a anchor tag with other text. For example, I may have text which contains an anchor tag such as:
<A HREF = '\\server\test\me.jpg'>test me</A> 
with
<A HREF = '\\server\live\me.jpg'>test me</A>

 do I need something such as:
LiteralDocumentation.Text = Regex.Replace(strText, "#(<a[^>]*?)$test(.*?)<\/a>#si", "Live")
