I am trying to set up an automatic city of the week for a coupon,  but there are more than 52 or 53 cities, so I would like to set up a cycle that repeats after the last city is reached.
I have a table with two columns (CityID as int, Identity) and (CityName as varchar(50))

3. should I rather have multiple cities and say have 2 cities of the week to maintain a 52 week annual cycle?
Setting up a monthly cycle was easy, but there is no coding for weeks, just seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, and years
I am doing this in VB for now, until I finish learning C# I ...
