Hello all
I have to do a large import of users and create addtional profile information and what not.
It runs fine but I always get an execution timeout as the page is waiting for reply. So I extended the timeout to like 10million. (i have a lot of records)
I have a couple quick questions.
1. Is it possible to disable this timeout feature?
2. if no then is there a way to program it so that there wouldn't be a time out and it does it in the background?
3. Is there a way to do this import using a console app instead?(as that wouldn't timeout) I wouldn't know how to set all the settings that is set in the web.config
