Windows Server 2008 Enterprise R2. SQL Server 2005 Express.
I am trying to REMOVE A SINGLE INSTANCE of SQL Server 2005 Express. The instance is called GNHOST\SQLEXPRESS. I wnet to the Programs and Features in the Control Panel and select SQL Server 2005 and clicked the Change button. I followed
the wizard through, selecting ONLY the one instance. When I got to the third to last dialogue I selected Remove Microsoft SQL Server. When I get to the last dialogue, it reads like it is going to remove SQL Server 2005 entirely, which I DO NOT WANT TO
DO. Am I reading this correctly or will it just remove the ONE INSTANCE I chose? Below is the sequence of windows and dialogues:
