asp.net configuration pagea

Hi,

if (User.IsInRole("Administrators") || (User.IsInRole("Business users")))

Even though in my asp.net configuration page, I am assiging a role Business users to the user, still this user.isrole(...) is false.

Also,

if (System.Web.HttpContext.Current.User.Identity.IsAuthenticated)
{
 User_ID = (Guid)System.Web.Security.Membership.GetUser().ProviderUserKey;
}

Even though there a user(HelloWorld) in the aspnet_users table and I am logged in as HelloWorld, this if(System.Web.HttpContext.Current.User.Identity.IsAuthenticated)
is false.

What should I do? Where should I check
