.net 3.5 stored procedure security best practices implementation

Hey all,
I am designing web services in C# and I want to call my SQL Server 2005 stored procedures in the most secure method by .net framework 3.5 standards. 
Any suggestions on the best classes/methods to use for these constraints? Code examples are welcome too :)
