Number format problem

I use Visual studio 2005 with C#. I have problem with setting number format in Gridview. I already tested using "{0:N2}" , "{0:d}" and "{0}" for DataFormatString property. But I cannot get the desire format. I want format like 1,000,000.00 and my value is double.
