Is there a way with a listview to have a checkbox in a column of a row as a listed item do a postback wtihout having to click select, edit

I have a listview that has the last column as a checkbox. I want a user to be able to click the check box, have it do a postback, and save the new checked status to a database obtaining the correct row ID.  How do I do that?
