Convert standard HTML to Controls

I am wondering if there is a way to convert standard HTML as below to Web Controls
<form id="MyForm" enctype="multipart/form-data" method="post" action="MyPage.aspx" name="MyForm"> <input id="Name" name="Name" type="text" /> <input type="submit" id="Submit" name="Submit" value="Submit" /> </form> Currently I do the following:
Dim sContentHTML As String = "<form....</form>" 'HTML from clients input via CMS Dim oContent As New HtmlGenericControl("div") oContent.InnerHtml = sContentHTML Page.Controls.Add(oContent)
Problem is I cannot iterate the content like below because the InnerHtml is not converted to controls:
For Each oControl As Control In oContent.Controls ... Nex ...
