I am unable to update SQL Service to service pack 4. My Server is Stopped and cannot be manually started. I have a vista Ulitmate 32 bit. The latest attempt to update following Microsoft Window Update Tech advise has failed. I have been working on
this problem with update tech several weeks nothing resolves issue and update tech has referred me to this website several times. Below is the latest failed attempt at manual install.
