How can I continue a process

I have a process on a page where I run a sproc for all rows an Id number is passed to the sproc and based on the where clause it might be time for the sproc to do somthing or it might not.

What happens is its not time to process that row is the process fails and I get the following message:

This SqlTransaction has completed; it is no longer usable.

I get the message in my try catch;

Catch ex As Exception
            tr.Rollback()
            Message.Text = ex.Message
        Finally
            conn.Close()
        End Try

What I would like is for the process to just continue to the next row.

Anyone have any Ideas?
