implementing NTLM authentication in asp.net

Hi,

 I'm currently developing a intranet portal and i need to implement NTLM authentication. :(

 Can any one advise me how to implement this in asp.net.

Also should i need to make any changes to IIS.

 Can any one educate me on this plz :)
