Linq to entities Coordinate proximity search - asp.net

Does any one have any idea how to create a proximity search using Linq to Entities, and Asp.net I have the Coordinates of the locations, i just need a example, i am using Sql 2005, currantly I will be upgrading to 2008 when possible.
