I just saw a demo by some company that's making online scholarships application. The guy showed me how to drag and drop textbox, radio buttons, drop box and so on from the Toolbox on the right side onto the form on the left without any programming. It is done on the fly. First, do this company already programed/create their application to do all this drag and drop ahead of time? Second, do this company just some some third party application similar to CMS to do this? Third, do this company use some features from companys like Telerik and Infragistics? Fourth, all of the above?
I love to do something like that if possible. Any ideas/comments/opinions are welcomed.
