downloading MSI from server to client

Hi all,

              I have installation file that i wrote and complie it in to an MSI file and put in on the server directory, now what i would like to do is let the users download this file and save it where ever they like on their computer and run the install when they like from their computer. So here is what i need to know; What do I need to do so that when the user click a button a popup will appear asking them the save or open or cancle dialog box.

Any help will be much appreciated.
