Can somebody please help me.... i need to develop a basic poll application where a user is allowed to vote, it must be quite simple, nothing fancy. After the user has voted, display the results and thats it. But he should not be allowed to vote again. This should be done either by cookies or ip address.
Now i did some googling and can not find an example that uses a MYSQL database and VB.NET. Most of the examples are in C# and SQL
Anybody has any examples on MYSQL + VB.NET poll application? or has anybody done this before with MYSQL.
Bare in mind this must be very basic, just add a poll, delete a poll and allow the user to vote and display the results.
