i populate gridview from code behind by setting datasource as a list of objects like -
List<customerObj> customerList = new List<customerObj>();
GridView1.DataSource=customerList;
i want to sort gridview.i saw many examples by google but most of them uses datatable and dataview.when datasource is objects list so i cant go this way or can i?.also I don't want to use ViewState for storing objects list coz for many data page will load very slowly.
help me find efficient way to sort and paging... thanks in advance
