writing to file-spacing is uneven

I am writing lines to an html file for different values of ii. When ItemArray(2) is longer on one row than another, ItemArray(3) is pushed to the left and output looks wavy. Font tags already written to the file to make spacing even. ItemArray(2) can be 1 to 6 characters long.       What am I doing wrong?
