textbox control from a class file

hi all

am using visual studio 2005 web application.

can anybody help me to call one textbox control from a class .

in my webform.aspx i have a control named textbox1.

have one class..in that class i have one function.

from this function i want to write one string to textbox1.

how i will write code for this???

when used ctrl+space,this textbox1 is not coming in the displayed list...y???

can anybody help me????
