Create User with own Text Fields

Hi All

 

I have a form with following text boxes:

txtUserName, txtPassword, txtEmail, txtSQuestion, txtAnswer
and a button
btnCreateUser

Can any one help me how to create user using data from these text boxes when btnCreateUser is clicked
