How to clear aspx markup code dynamically on code behind?

Hello!
I have a simple problem! I have a Test.aspx and a Test.aspx.vb pages.
In Test.aspx page, i have an <asp:Table>, some text, some buttons and some other controls.
When the page_load event is raised and when x = 0, i want to clear the output markup code (clear <asp:Table>, text,
buttons and others) and show to the user a blank page.
How can i do that?
How can i clear the html-markup-aspx output by code behind in VB?
Note that i'm using MasterPage. Test.aspx uses the MasterPage.master....
