Repetitive Form input

I have a form that has multiple controls on it, textboxes, drop downs and checkboxes. A user will have to input into this form as many times as they select the number of items they wish to enter from a control above on the page. Any ideas or example code on how to use the same web user control or at  web form to enter in this information an unknown, at design time, amount of times?
