Get header.title in usercontrol

Hi, i have a user control on a page which is going to be placed on various pages on my site. What i need to be able to do is get the header.title value from the parent page and use it as a string inside the user control. 
I'm setting the header.title on the parent page (the one containing the user control) by getting a value from the database which is bound to the literal text in FormView1 on the page as below:
