How to get an image tag [logo] in the URL box

Hi Friends,
 I have two queries:
1. How to get the image tag or company logo in the URL box.
2. Coustomize the IE message Windows Internet Explorer to something else, Which we get on the top of the IE screen above our URL box.
Warm regards and thanks,
