Dropdownlist with multiple datasources

For my application I have te select an user from a dropdownlist. Through a objectdatasource the list is bound to the userlist. Until her no problem.
The problem is, that i need to bind the dropdownlist to another objectdatasource to select, update and insert data to the database.
Is it possible?  Hoe can I achieve this?
