C# string and UTF8

I have been writing a Office-Outlook Addin using VSTO and i make some httpWebRequest based POST calls to some Java WebServices.
All seems to work fine except the email message text that is sent as a part of one of the method calls.
I email this text using Java Mailer and it always seems to have a Accented character at end of line, blank line and end of every character.
 
I assume its a problem with the character encoding and that the server works fine. Can anyone suggest me  what can i do in my add in so that all data sent is valid UTF8???
