exclude the Security Question and Answer from the Create User Wizard: How to

Anyone know how I can exclude the Security Question and Answer from the Create User Wizard? I deleted the text boxes from teh wizard and got this error. Probably should try to just hide them. I would like to prompt for them when the user logs in for the first time.
