how to find all server controls in a row of table with checkbox

i have a form with html table structure . it contains in first column asp:chechkboxes in each row and rest columns of each row haing some textbox and asp:dropdowns.   i wish to enable a row/controls of row with check of respective chechk boxes. now the problem is i cannot use javascript as each control is a server control.
Also cannot write a hard coded check event for each row as in a webpage there ar around 30 rows and i need to make 60 such pages....
please suggest a way out. my form looks something like this:
