Reg RadioButtonlist + javascript

hi All,
 
I have Rdiobutton list in which im using two radio buttons,called Yes & No .By default radio button No has been checked for some users.If No has been checked then user should not be able to click on Radio Button Yes.Anybody know how to do this,without disabling the Yes Radio Button.Please Urgent....
