I have tried repeatedly to create an email form with confirmation without success. I have created the email form from Jim Cheshire (JIMCO Books) which worked but when I tried to add confirmation it did not work. That is a subject of a previous posting.
I have now used the code from Microsoft Expression Training Videos, "CReating Online Forms to Collect Data with Expression Web", by: Fred Gerantabee. I have changed the following five lines of code as instrucyed.
