I have a datapager control for a ListView control. I currently have this label: <asp:Label runat="server" ID="TotalItemsLabel" Text="<%# Container.TotalRowCount%>" /> displaying the number of rows returned. Many of the rows though display data for two records, while other rows display data for one record, so the total number of records is generally higher then the total number of rows returned. I want to display the number of records which I get from the database. My problem is in getting a label to display anything not in Container. I tried adding the label to the ListView1_DataBound1 event, and to the PagerCommand sub, but neither works. How can I do this?
