I've read other posts with a similar problem, but I can't really understand the answers.
I have a button click event that posts data back to a data tableadapter.
Protected Sub Button1_Click(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Button1.Click
Dim newrow As New DataSet1TableAdapters.DemographicsTableAdapter
newrow.Insert(data.....)
End Sub
End Class
It posts data to the table twice every time I click. I've tried setting the button to post to another page, doesn't work.
Also tried
if page.ispostback
.......insert
endif
doesn't work.
Any help would be appreciated!!
