problem with validation!!

hi..


i have problem with validation!!


in my page i have 3 buttons..


One is for Add Training
the 2nd for Drop Training
and the 3rd for LogOut


i have some validation rules for the 1st button(Add).. and some validation rules for 2nd button (Drop)



the problem is when the user click LogOut.. the validation message appears!! he can not logOut until he fills all the textBoxes!!
and when the user want to Drop a training for example, the validation message appears!! he ask him to fill all textBoxes...


what to do to fix this problem??
