I have a Web Form (WF1) which contains a dropdownlist and an UpdatePanel. When a value is selected from the dropdownlist, the OnSelectedIndexChanged="dll_AgentUserName_SelectedIndexChanged" is executed which set the SelectCommand for the FormView datasource within the UpdatePanel and the data is displayed on WF1 via the ItemTemplate definition. When I click the Edit button to switch to the EditItemTemplate, the UpdatePanel goes blank (no labels or data is displayed). If I select a different value from the dropdownlist the UpdatePanel displays that new data selection in the EditItemTemplate mode.
