Membership function

Hi,

  I have a querry regarding membership function : Is it necessary to have SQL 2005 express edition in order to use authentication and createUser Wizard so that aspnet.mdf table is created in app_data. I am trying to use this but am not successful since idont have SQL 2005 express edition, i have Microsoft access as back end, can anyone plz help me what can i do to make my createuser wizard work.
