Assembly DLL

Y'all,

I am using a third pary component com dll. It works great in localhost, but not on my staging server; This is the error:

The type or namespace name 'UNISERVCOM2lib' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)


I registered the dll succesfully with the regsrv command. When I try to add it to the GAC it says:

File must be an assembly.

What else can i do?
