insert multiple values into querystring

 i am using a hyperlink with a query string to send the values of a given user to a contact page for email but i also want to send the propertyID of a related item to is this possible?
My code so far is 
NavigateUrl='<%# Bind("UserName", "~/Contact.aspx?UserName={0}") %>'
i also want to pass the PropertyID along in this query is this possible?
both UserName and PropertyID are in the same table.
