I'm still a newbie and ASP.NET and can not seem to get this to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. What I have is a Gridview where I've set the ShowFooter to True and added a Checkbox in the Edit Template section for column 0 under footer. All I want is to be able to check the checkbox and a detailsview become visible (using this to enter some new data) and then unchecking the box will hide the detailsview.
