Creating a customisable "Registration page"

I'm new to all this, and i am trying to create a registeration page for the website i am working on, the thing is the "CreateUserWizard" is insufficiant to me , because it's very limited, since i wanna add more fields like phone no. , postal code, etc..
Is there a way for me to do that?
